We knew that there was a significant Spanish-speaking population in Hialeah as well as families with kids and the need for a good dentist in the area, so the demographics were very attractive. My cross-training in Venezuela and the United States would allow me to address patient questions and concerns and provide the care that they expect. In Latin America, the doctor and dentist are considered to be almost a part of the family, and I like to develop good relationships with my patients. We want to ensure that our patients consider us their mentors when it comes to dental and overall care. We think that we've achieved this objective in the three years we've been in the area.
